One month on, it’s time for another Co-op Commun

One month on, it’s time for another Co-op Community Fund update!
Thanks to your help, we’ve raised almost £600 this month. This is brilliant to see, and you can get still involved. To sign up, become a Co-op member for just £1, and select DASH and your chosen local charity. Then we will receive a small percentage of everything you spend on Co-op goods!

Event announcement!

Janet Boyle and Trevor Atkinson from DASH will be speaking to Scoop about their work in the community and their impact on homelessness and rough sleeping locally, as well as telling them more about DASH's vulnerable women's project, which supports women with multiple and complex needs.

Bea Kingsley, Project Leader of Durham University Student Volunteering and Outreach's collaboration project with DASH, will be present to talk about how students can support DASH and get involved through volunteering.

In October 2020, DASH were chosen to be one of the local charities in the Co-op Community Fund for the year 20/21. Three months later, we are incredibly excited to announce that we have already raised £942.71!

To help us raise even more money over the remaining 9 months, all you have to do is sign up to become a Co-op member and select DASH as your local charity. It only costs £1, and then a portion of what you spend on Co-op products goes straight to DASH.
